The Modified atmosphere packaging machine can be used for fresh-keeping packing of different types of fresh and cooked food. The type and mixing proportion of fresh keeping gas are different for different types if foods according to the characteristics of different foods. Therefore, the packing equipment needs to adapt to adjusting of different gases and gas proportion.
We have tested each machine before shipment and accumulated a lot of rich experience,The experiment results indicate that the system accuracy of gases blending proportion is 1.28%, the gas replacement rate is 99.5%,The mixing accuracy error of fresh-keeping gas is less than 2%.

1. Structure Material: Machine main structure material adopt food grade 304 stainless steel, which is comply with hygiene for machine used in food industry.
2. Applies “Vacuum – Gas Filling” technology. Vacuum the chamber first, then fill in gas, much better than the old-fashion gas flushing method, which guarantees gas purity, and saves gas sources. If customer only need Netrogen Filling, we also can make the netrogen replacement reach 99%.
3.Work status indication: the machine has an operating program status and failure real-time display function to monitor the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
4. Date printing available by installing an inkjet with the machine.
